We go to school to get a 9 to 5 job, but we don’t educate ourselves when it comes to buying what is the most expensive purchase of our entire life!  This does not make sense to me! 

There are so many different strategies out there.  Most people have heard of a few, but wouldn’t you like to be able to learn them all so that when you have a property you have multiple exit strategies in case the strategy you are using does not give you the results that you are looking for!  This is what number 9 above is all about, don’t paint yourself into a corner.
